How Do I Return?

Ready to send something back? Here’s how:

1. Generate your return label here — stick it securely on the outside of your parcel.

2. Pop your invoice inside the parcel. Please include:

   • Your order number

   • The reason for your return

   • The items you’re sending back for a refund

3. Cover or remove any old shipping labels to avoid confusion.

   • If you’re sending back multiple parcels, make sure each one clearly shows the order number and reason for return inside.

4. Hold on to your proof of postage — just in case your parcel goes missing on its way to us.
